Kickzsoccer Refund Policy

At kickzsoccer we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent a child from attending a program he/she has been registered for. It is important to us that you have a pleasant experience with Kickzsoccer, therefore, we have instituted the following refund/cancellation policy:

• A cancellation up to two weeks prior to the start of a program will be issued a full refund.
• A cancellation up to two weeks after the start date of a program will be issued a full program credit.
• A cancellation after two weeks will be subject to a 50% program credit.

Please Note: All cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee
